Terms of service
These terms describe what you can expect from WiseApply and what we expect from you. Plain English on purpose. Email hello@wiseapply.co with anything unclear.
The service
WiseApply is a managed job-application service. We submit job applications on your behalf to platforms you authorise us to use, based on the brief you provide. Real humans do the work. Each application is logged in your dashboard with company, role, link, and current status.
What we promise
- Applications submitted in line with your plan’s daily target on weekdays (excluding UK bank holidays).
- Real, human-reviewed submissions. No bot spray.
- A live dashboard with every application, link, and status update, available within minutes of submission.
- Recruiter replies forwarded to you as they come in.
- The right to cancel any time, with no notice period or contract.
What we don’t promise
- A job offer. Outcomes depend on your CV, the market, the role, and many factors outside our control.
- A specific reply rate. Reply rates vary widely by industry and seniority.
- That every platform will accept every submission. Some platforms occasionally rate limit or block external submissions; we work around this where we can.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information in your brief, CV, and cover letter.
- Keep us updated when your search criteria change.
- If you give us platform logins, ensure that doing so is permitted by those platforms’ terms, or use the application paths we suggest that don’t require credential sharing.
- Handle interviews and follow-ups yourself. We do not represent you in conversations with employers.
Pricing & billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are listed in GBP on the pricing section of the homepage. You can change plan or cancel any time from your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing month. We do not pro-rate refunds for the unused portion of an active month.
14-day money-back. If we have not submitted any applications on your behalf within the first 14 days of your first paid month, we will refund that month in full on request.
Free trial
New customers receive a free trial covering up to 3 applications across 3 days. No card is required. The trial ends when either limit is hit. After that, picking a paid plan resumes the service.
Termination
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. We may pause or terminate accounts that misuse the service (sharing accounts, providing knowingly false information, attempting to apply for jobs in a manner that breaches the law). In that case we will email you to explain.
Liability
WiseApply is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees you have paid us in the previous three months.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If the changes are material we will email you in advance. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
