Why we exist
Modern job hunting punishes the people who can least afford to lose hours to it. The average professional spends ten or more hours a week tab-hopping between LinkedIn, Indeed and Workday, copy-pasting the same details into form after form. Applicant tracking systems are stacked against people who don’t have the time to game them.
We started WiseApply because we believe the work of finding a job should not be another full-time job. Our role is to take the volume off your plate so you can spend your energy where it matters: on interviews and on doing your current job well.
How we work
Every WiseApply customer is paired with a small team of trained specialists who review your brief, learn your CV, and submit applications on your behalf each weekday. Submissions are human-reviewed, not bot-driven. Each one shows up in your dashboard within minutes with a real link to the role and a live status that updates as recruiters reply.
We work with specialists across South and Southeast Asia and parts of Africa. We believe in paying fair local wages for skilled remote work, which is one of the reasons we can offer the service at the price we do. Our specialists go through a short training programme before being assigned to customers.
What we don’t do
- We don’t auto-fire applications with bots. Every submission is touched by a human.
- We don’t lean on LinkedIn Easy Apply as a volume metric. It rarely converts and we don’t count it toward our daily target.
- We don’t make claims of hire rates we can’t verify. Outcomes vary by industry, seniority, and timing.
- We don’t lock you in. Cancel any time, in one click. No notice period.
